What method do you use for cleaning?
We use hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning for carpet cleaning. Hot water extraction method removes the deepest and toughest, safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extraction machine extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
Do I have to vacuum before the Clean Rite Carpet Cleaning team arrives?
No. We will take care of that for you.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
It takes 20 minutes approximately per room and time can vary according to size of room, amount of furniture to move, and how dirty the carpet is.
Do you need to move furniture?
It is better to move the furniture before our crew arrive and give us space to clean carpet, otherwise our crew will move the furniture during cleaning.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
It will normally take 2 to 3 hours for the carpet to dry out on a normal day, If it's wet or overcast it may take a little longer. Ask our crews about our air dryers which can speed the process up.
Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?
We will try our best to remove stains but we cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are lot of factors to consider like age of the carpet, type of carpet, type of stain and age of the stain.
